Gestern platzte mir der Kragen, nachdem nun auch noch MS Teams mit Java-Skript Fehler nicht mehr lief. Neuinstallation ohne Erfolg. Keine Antworten von MS in den Foren. Heute Abend zwei Videokonfis im Plan.

Habe meinen Rechner neu aufgesetzt, 16:00 Uhr angefangen, um 3:27 in Bett gegangen. Jetzt läuft wieder alles. Eine Nacht auf Bill.

Euch vielen Dank für die Unterstützung, aber solange MS nicht in der Lage ist saubere, reparierbare SW zu erzeugen ist die Neuinstallation wohl der beste Weg.

Die Varianten mit x86 oder x64 hatte ich gestern schon durch. Mit Neuinstallation und copy von anderem PC.

Ich habe Avira installiert

und bin immer noch ratlos.

Herzlichen Dank für die Tipps,

die Abhlifen mit Scannow und DISM hatte ich alle schon durch. Auch die inplace Installation von WIN 10 hatte ich durchgeführt. Der Fehler bleibt gleich. Erst kommt das Fenster mit dem dll Fehler und dann gehen nach dem Start von FF keine Fenster auf. Null Reaktion.

Bin völlig ratlos.

Nach dem Update von Win 10 vor 2 Tagen habe ich die Fehlermeldung

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\MSVCP140.dll ist entweder nicht für die Ausführung unter Windows vorgesehen...... Fehlerstatus 0xc000012f.

Firefox öffnet,lässt sich aber nicht bedienen. Kein neues Fenster, Einstellung und Anmeldefenster öffnen auch nicht. Visual C++ und Firefox habe ich mehrfach neu installiert.
