danke für Deinen Hinweis. Ich glaube, ich könnte den Fehler gefunden haben.
Unter Menü Öffnen war ein "Yahoo" Tab eingefügt. Diesen hatte ich leider nicht gesehen und jetzt gelöscht.

ich habe Windows 10. Das update für dieses Betriebssystem wurde Anfang der Woche installiert. Heute wurde das update für FF 49 installiert. Ich habe als Erweiterung u.a. TabmixPlus.Nunmehr öffnen sich die Links nur noch sehr seltsam. Bisher war es so, dass sich die angeklickten Links in einem neuen (mittlere Maustaste) oder im selben Tab (linke Maustaste) öffneten - Ausnahme zu letzterem: Suchseite ixquick. Diese öffnet in neuem Tab, obwohl man mit linker Maustaste anklickte.
Seit FF 49 öffnen sich manche Links, die ich mit der linke Maustaste anklicke, in einem neuen Fenster und in dem eigentlich dafür vorgesehenen Tab erscheint "New Tab by yahoo".
Sowohl in TabMixPlus als auch bei den Einstellungen von Firefox selbst habe ich, daß sich Links in einem neuen Tab öffnen sollen, wenn sie ein neues Fenster erzwingen.

Hat jemand ähnliches Problem? Kann mir jemand vielleicht Hinweise geben, wie ich was wo nachsehen und/odr umtellen muss?
Ich habe über Systemsteuerung bereits dieses Yahoo-Tool entfernt. Ebenfalls aus der Registry und alles neugestartet. Dennoch ist das jetzt so.

das geht ja auch. Aber es geht um die Suchmaschinenauswahl oben rechts. Dort wo z.B. G**gle usw. steht. Dort kann man ixquick integrieren. Und wenn ich dort den Duchbegriff eingebe oder in das URL-Feld, dann kommt diese dumme Fehlermeldung.

ich habe seit eben das Problem, daß Firefox (27.0.1) meint, die Suchmaschine ixquick sei unsicher. Ich hatte vorher diese Seite ohne Probleme nutzen können. Ich habe diese Seite in der Suchmaschinenauswahl oben rechts installiert. Nun schreibt Firefox:

Technische Details
ixquick.com verwendet ein ungültiges Sicherheitszertifikat. Dem Zertifikat wird nicht vertraut, weil keine Zertifikatsausstellerkette angegeben wurde. (Fehlercode: sec_error_unknown_issuer)
Normalerweise steht darunter u.a. ein Button "ich kenne das Risiko" oder so. Hier nicht. Hier wird nur vorgeschlagen, die Seite zu verlassen.
Kann mir jemand mitteilen, wie man dieses ändern kann? Ich hatte schon geschaut, wo die Zertifikate abgespeichert werden und nahm an, man könne das ungültige löschen, ohne alle zu löschen. Aber das scheint nicht zu gehen.Vielen Dank.

natürlich.
Extras => Einstellungen => Anwendungen. Es erscheint eine Tabelle. Links "Dateityp" rechts "Aktion". Neben der Zeile Adobe Acrobat Document ist in der Spalte "Aktion" ein Feld. Dieses anklicken und es öffnet sich ein Klappfeld. Und dort aussuchen "Adobe Acrobat (in Firefox) verwenden".
Momentan ändert das sich zwar immer wieder auf Acrobat Reader (Standard), aber das kann man dann wieder umändern.Gruss

Wenn eine pdf-Datei auf einer Seite verlinkt ist und ich diesen Link anklicke, dann kann ich sie im Acrobat Reader öffnen. Die Datei ist dann temporär "irgendwo" zwischengespeichert. bzw. kann ich die Datei speichern. Bei der o.a. Seite ist es aber so, daß da kein Link ist, sondern die pdf-Datei eingebunden ist.
Ob der FF 4 die notwendigen Bibliotheken erkennt, weiß leider ich nicht.Der Acrobat ist Version 10.0.1.434 vom 30.01.2011. Dafür ist kein update vorhanden. Eben nachgesehen.

ich hänge meine Frage mal hier ran. Ich hoffe, daß das so paßt.
Ich habe die Seite http://j.mp/5FBK7R aufgesucht, um und dort eine Entscheidung nachzulesen.
Die Entscheidungen sind als pdf-Dateien hinterlegt. Normalerweise öffnet sich ein Zwischenfenster, in dem gefragt wird, ob die pdf-Datei gespeichert/geöffnet werden soll. Manchmal wurde die pdf-Datei in das untere Fenster geladen.Seit FF 4.0 ist das nicht mehr so, also weder das eine noch das andere.
Hat jemand eine zündende Idee? Im IE funzt es, aber der ist mir unsympathisch.
