Seit dem automatischen update gibt es keine Firefox Hilfe mehr?

Habe inzwiswchen auch IE 8 erfolglos ausprobiert.
Teile daher die Vermutung, es liegt nicht am Firefox.

Nur für einen Wechsel zu einem anderen BS ist mein PC zu schwach (Windows Upgrade Test)
Für meine Zwecke (mail, ab und zu einen Brief, Internet) reicht es aus.

Ich verwende Firefox 33.0.3 und google.at.
Wenn ich die Suchergebnisse anklicke, bekomme derzeit bei vielen Seiten in D nur die Antwort:
" Warten auf google.at" und nach längerer Zeit "Seiten-Ladefehler".
Bei anderen Seiten steht "Warten auf ajax.googleapis.com", dann "Seiten-Ladefehler"
Oder das Warten auf googlefonts endet mit "Seiten-Ladefehler".

Direkteingabe http://news.google.at in Adresszeile funktioniert, leitet korrekt weiter

Alle bisherigen Versuche zur Fehlerbehebung waren erfolglos:
avast ist aktiv, proxy verwende ich nicht, spybot ohne Ergebnis.
Adblock Plus ist deaktiviert, about:support hat keine Änderung gebracht. Ebensowenig ein Zurücksetzen und Neustart.
Was habe ich da falsch eingestellt? Oder bleibt mir ein anderer browser wohl nicht erspart.

Abgesicherter Modus hat es nicht gebracht, leider war ein neues Profil fällig: Problem gelöst, aber jetzt muß ich halt die vielen Einstellungen wieder herrichten.

Trotzdem:
Ich trinke ein Glas sehr guten Steirischen Sauvignon Blanc auf Dein Wohl!

"Grafiken laden" hat ein Hakerl, die Liste der Ausnahmen ist leer.

wer hilft mir?
Ergebnisliste der Googlesucher ist immer ohne Bilder und ohne Seitenvorschau (siehe screenshot). Seit Tagen probiere ich erfolglos herum.
