hallo,

habe einen online-sprachkurs rosetta stone mit der webcam. bei sprachübungen wird die sprachsoftware blockiert, obwohl oben links ein fenster erscheint mit der eingabe "erlauben". support von AVAST sagte mir, dass ich im Avast Browser das mikro einstellen soll, was ich getan habe. soll aber auch in Firefox (Standardbrowser) zugriff erlauben, finde aber unter einstellungen kein mikro.

schnelle Hilfe wäre gut, denn der kurs läuft und der support von rosetta stone nur tel. über DE, Austria und Swiss. mailsupport bullshit.

ich wollte nach "Firefox wird eine Chronik nach benutzerdefinierten Einstellungen anlegen" wie angegeben im Bereich "Chronik" ein Häkchen setzen, aber das Feld war deaktiviert (siehe Screenshot). Wie kann ich das Häkchen setzen?

Ist der "private Modus" für immer ok? Habe "nach den benutzerdefinierten Einstellungen anlegen" angeklickt. Bei der Gelegenheit eine andere Frage: irgendwie habe ich "Photoshop Express" eingestellt und alle Fotos und Screenshots öffnen damit. Wie kriege ich den Modus "Fotos" von Windows wieder?

Guten Tag,
nur mit Firefox werden Webseiten (Spiegel, Focus) bei mir blockiert und auf einen Adblocker hingewiesen, denn ich aber nicht habe. Kein Problem mit Google Chrome und MS Edge. Wo hakt es bei Firefox?

finde bei Einstellungen nicht "Viren- und Spyware" und bei F-Secure auch nicht den Zugang "Administrator". Ich werde meinen PC-Shop für Fernwartung kontaktieren, kostet die Minute 1 Euro.

alles kopiert. Ich denke, das F-Secure mich blockt. Für Firefox habe ich immer nur die Upgrads geladen, ohne an den Einstellunge etwas zu ändern. Komischerweise habe ich mit Chrome kein Problem.

Guten Tag,
laut den Hilfeseiten von Firefox sollen ganze Webseiten ausgedruckt werden können. Nach Aufruf der Webseite, Klick auf das entsprechende Menü mit drei Balken und Klick auf Drucken wird auf dem Bildschirm aber nur ein mittlerer Teil der Webseite (bei der Firefox-Webseite fehlt z.B. das Logo) angezeigt und nicht die Webseite auf dem ganzen Bildschirm. Ist auch nicht mit Ändern der Prozentzahl zu vergrößern. Leider weiß ich nicht, wie ich einen Screenshot von Paint beifügen kann, sodaß man das Ergebnis sehen könnte.

Vom Add-ons-Manager Firefox wollte ich das Programm "Better Privacy" installieren, was aber nicht ging. Es steht nichts in der Add-ons-Liste. Ich erhielt aber folgende Sperrnotiz: Firefox hat diese Webseite daran gehindert, sie zu fragen, ob diese Software auf ihrem Computer installiert werden soll.
Wie kann ich in diesen Fällen die von Firefoxc geprüften Add-ons trotzdem installieren?

Hallo,
dass mit dem Scan habe ich nicht verstanden. Ich habe Adw Cleaner ausgeführt und einen Screenshot des Berichts gemacht, denn ich schicken könnte (aber wie?). Firefox Setup Stub 34.0.5 exe habe ich von download.installer.cdn.mozilla.net geladen und wieder mit Bing.
Die Lösung des Problems hat Zeit.

Ich weiss nicht genau, ob ich hier richtig bin, frage aber trotzdem.
Nach der Installation obiger Version habe ich die Suchmaschine Bing, welche mich aber mit der ganzen Werbung nervt. Ich möchte einfach den Google Toolbar wieder. Eine empfohlene Lösung in Add-ons war erfolglos. Es hiess dort auch, dass die neue Forefox-Version standardmäßig Bing als Suchmaschine hat. Für einen Tipp für mich als Anfänger wäre ich dankbar.
