Wenn ich auf den Link klicke kommt, auch bei Edge und Chrome, die Fehlermeldung, dass wegen Zeitüberschreitung oder weil die Seite nicht existiert, die Seite nicht aufgerufen werden kann. Andere Links funktionieren.
Ich habe verschiedene Antiviren/Malware-Programme, die keinen Befund anzeigen.

Es ist zum Verzweifeln.
Ich habe alle Treiber von der Seite, die du mir empfohlen hast installiert, bei allen kam der Hinweis, mein System würde die Mindestanforderungen nicht erfüllen.

Der PC wurde im PC-Store zusammengebaut. Ich glaube der FF funktioniert wieder, weil keine neuen Abstürze mehr waren. Dafür fährt der PC nicht mehr richtig hoch und stürzt ab.
Ich wollte den Treiber so installieren, wie die Anleitung, die Du mir geschickt hast, vorgibt, das hakt aber schon beim Punkt:
"Für Windows 10: Klicken Sie mit der rechten Maustaste auf das Windows Start-Symbol.
Wenn Sie von der Benutzersteuerung zur Berechtigung aufgefordert werden, klicken Sie auf Ja."
Ich habe den Treiber, den Du als richtig gefunden hattest installiert aber auch das ist, wie du schon festgestellt hattest nicht der Richtige, weil für 64 bit. Ich habe bei PC-Store angerufen, die empfahlen mir, noch mal von der beim Kauf mit gelieferten CD zu installieren, was mir aber auch nicht die richtige Grafikkarte wieder brachte.
Ich glaube ich bringe das Ding in die Werkstatt, oder?

Hi Ihr Fachchinesen.
Ich versteh nix von Euren Diskussionen.
Aber den Intel-Downloadhelper habe ich noch mal laufen lassen und diesmal hat er auch Updates installiert aber im Gerätemanager steht immer noch der MS Basic Display.....
Wie bekomme ich meinen richtigen Treiber wieder?

Danke für die Antwort. Ich habe die Hardwarebeschleunigung deaktiviert. Jetzt muss ich nur noch raus finden welche Grafikkarte bei mir eingebaut ist.

Das Programm sagt meine Intel-Treiber seine o. k. allerdings ist als Treibersoftware der Microsoft Basic aufgeführt. Vielleicht habe ich keine Intelgrafikkarte?

Wo bekomme ich einen Grafikkartentreiber her? Ich vermute das dies die Ursache sein könnte, weil ich ja alles andere durch habe. Außerdem gibt es nach den Abstürzen der einzelnen Tabs an den Rändern "Zuckungen"

Es geht um den FF unter Win 10. ich habe die neueste Version, war aber auch unter den älteren Versionen instabil

Hallo,

Der Firefox stürzt häufig ab.
Ich habe mehrfach Absturzberichte gesendet, ohne Antwort. Ich habe sämtliche Add-Ons deinstalliert -er stürzt ab.I ch habe neu installiert - er stürzt ab. Nur wenn ich im abgesicherten Modus starte bleit er stabil.

Weiß jemand Rat?
