Das ist eine super Anleitung für mich als Newbie!
Reason installiert als Admin. Keine Möglichkeit, beutzerdefiniert zu wählen.

Zweimal durchlaufen lassen. Beim ersten Mal 79 Threats gefunden und alle eliminieren lassen.
Beim zweiten Mal 1 Thread mit Low Risk. Hab ich gelassen.
Von Google geschweige denn Toolbar war nichts zu lesen.

Unter "Datenträgerbereinigung" kann ich nur bestimmte Sachen löschen. Es erscheint zwar anfangs ein Butten mit der Aufschift "Systemdateien bereinigen". Aber wenn man den klickt, kommt nur wieder die normale Ansicht zum Löschen von überflüssigen Dateien.

Beim Aufruf von YouTube kommt gleich das Google Fenster. Es ist wie verhext :grr:

Ja hab ich. Nur vielleicht nicht verinnerlicht. Meinst Du, ich solle REASON CORE SECURITY installieren? Dann starten? Killt es den Fehler automatisch? In welchem Log soll ich nachsehen: in dem von FF oder in dem von AdwCleaner?

AdwCleaner findet keine Schadsoftware mehr (gleich nach der ersten Säuberungsaktion).
Am Problem hat sich nichts geändert. Wenn ich YouTube aufrufe, erscheint das Fenster von Google. Und bei mir sieht es ganz anders aus als bei Andreas. Ich kann entweder Google bestätigen oder FF beenden. Auf anderen Rechnern und unter IE oder EDGE passiert das nicht. Seht ihr noch eine Chance?

Eure beiden Postings verstehe ich leider nicht.
Bin noch nicht zu AdwCleaner gekommen. Ich dachte, weil mein Virenprogramm die Seite geblockt hatte, konnte nichts passiert sein. Aber Du hast recht, werde ich jetzt mal in Angriff nehmen. Danke.

Nein, die Seite erscheint nicht (siehe Screenshot). Sie bleibt blind. Ich kann entweder der Datenschutzerklärung zustimmen oder Firefox schliessen.

Ihr habts wirklich schwer mit mir. Tut mir ehrlich leid.
Firefox ist seit Jahren mein Lieblingsbrowser. Erst recht als die Katastrophe EDGE herauskam. Aber mit dem Internet Explorer und Edge hat man einwandfreien Zugriff auf z.B. You Tube. Während mit dem Firefox diese blöde Google Meldung kommt. Ich denke, irgendwie hat sich da was eingenistet. Vielleicht sollte ich doch mal das "Bereinigen" anstossen?

Hiiilfe, nein doch nicht. Google meldet sich wieder und will mich zwingen, den Zugriff zu erlauben. So ein Mist!
Hab aber alles so gemacht, wie Du gesagt hast ...

32er deinstalliert, 64er installiert
alles noch da, läuft alles wie geschmiert!

Tut mir leid, dass ich euch vielleicht den Sonntag verhaue. Aber es gibt noch ein Problem.
Hab mir die 64-bit Version heruntergeladen. Die will er nun in C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\ installieren. Meine bisherige Version lag in C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox. Hab Sorge, dass Firefox nun zweimal auf den Rechner kommt. Die letztere müsste ich dann wohl deinstallieren und verliere damit meine Einstellungen. Ich könnte die 64-bit Version ins x86 Verzeichnis installieren. Aber das ist wohl so nicht vorgesehen, oder? Sollte ich die andere Version installieren (Firefox Setup 49.0 / 41,4 MB)? Die würde er ins x86 installieren.

Ich hoffe, ihr seid noch da. Es gestaltet sich schwieriger als gedacht. Hab Firefox über Hilfe->Über neu installiert. Da hat er mir wieder die Google-Version draufgehauen. Wenn ich jetzt über das Internet aktualisieren will, sagt mir Firefox, die aktuelle Version sei bereits installiert. Die Seite Update-Star blockiert mein Virenscanner. Und über die Seite "Firefox bereinigen" will ich es möglichst nicht machen, weil dann alles zurückgesetzt wird. Helft ihr mir bitte noch einmal? Danke!
