Guten Morgen,

seit einigen Tagen erhalte ich beim Aufrufen von Spiegel-Online den Hinweis ›Bitte deaktivieren Sie Ihren Adblocker!‹. Tatsächlich habe ich das plugin bereits für die Seite deaktiviert. Das Problem ist aber anscheinend Firefox’ eingebauter ›Schutz vor Aktivitätenverfolgung‹. Wenn ich nämlich diesen für die jeweilige Sitzung deaktiviere, wird mir SPON angezeigt. Allerdings habe ich den Schutz eigentlich nur für den Privaten Modus ausgewählt. Wieso greift er bei SPON auch im normalen Modus ein? Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, den Schutz speziell für eine Website, in dem Fall SPON, zu deaktivieren?

Auf die Frage hin habe ich gerade die bisherige Version deinstalliert und die 32bis-Version installiert – mit leider unverändertem Ergebnis. Zudem habe ich mir das Verhalten auf zwei anderen Rechnern (Win7 Prof und Win 10 Home) angeschaut, und auf diesen funktioniert’s. Es muss also tatsächlich an der speziellen Installation auf dem Rechner liegen. Kann es am Profil liegen? Sollte ich das vielleicht das mal ändern? Andere Vorschläge?

Danke für die schnelle Antwort. Ich hatte ja geschrieben, dass ich einen möglichen Einfluss der Erweiterungen schon geprüft hatte. Auch im jetzt abgesicherten Modus verhält sich FF in Bezug auf die Mediathek leider so wie im normalen Modus.

Hallo,

die Probleme beim Abspielen von Filmen in der ZDF-Mediathek waren hier schon des Öfteren Thema, das weiß ich. Allerdings wurde durch die dort geschriebenen Hinweise mein Problem leider nicht gelöst. Auch mehrere Internet-Recherchen blieben erfolglos. Daher hier meine Frage: Auf meinem Win7-Rechner läuft FF 51.01 (64-Bit). Seit der ›Umstrukturierung‹ der Mediathek vor einigen Monaten kann ich mir über den FF-Browser keine Filme aus derselben mehr anschauen. Der Bereich, in dem normalerweise der Film erscheint, bleibt weiß. Auch die Navigation funktioniert nicht. In der oberen Menüleiste funktionieren nur ›Live-TV‹, ›Sendung verpasst‹ und ›Mein ZDF‹, ohne dass jedoch, wie geschrieben, Filme abgespielt werden können. Im Gegensatz dazu funktionieren jedoch Arte, phoenix, 3sat und ARD tadellos. In den FF-Einstellungen ist überdies die Hardwarebeschleunigung deaktiviert, und der Cache wird regelmäßig geleert. Auch die Erweiterungen wurden geprüft, z.B. wurden Adblock Plus und Avira Browserschutz deaktiviert. Ergebnis: negativ. Der Flash Player schließlich ist aktuell. Mit Opera und Seamonkey haben ich übrigens das Problem nicht. Mit denen funktioniert die Mediathek tadellos. Was stimmt nicht mit meiner Firefox-Installation?
