Vielen Dank für eure Hilfe bis hierher.

Ich bin mir bewußt, dass ich die Hilfesuchende bin und ihr mir den Gefallen tut, zu versuchen mein Problem zu lösen.
Dennoch kann dies doch aber in einem wohlwollenden und freundlichen Umgang sein. Ja, ich komme mit einem Problem und bin als Laie evtl. nicht ganz so fix im Verstehen oder Umsetzen. Dennoch muss man mir die Schritte, die zu tun sind, nicht im Befehlston und/oder mit Ultimaten versehen sagen. (Ich komme mir teilweise wie ein Azubi vor, der seine Aufgaben nicht vernünftig erledigt. )

Das ist kein respektvoller Umgang für mich und daher verzichte dann lieber auf eure Hilfe und suche mir ein anderes Forum.

Das mit dem aufwecken aus Standby geht wieder.

Firefox läuft besser, aber nicht rund. Es dauert länger bis es langsam wird und aufhört. Es stürzt nicht mehr direkt ab, friert aber eben irgendwann ein.

Ich habe weiterhin das Kaspersky deinstalliert.

Ok, das habe ich getan.

Es läuft jetzt besser, aber noch nicht rund. Manche Webseiten mag er nicht öffnen. Zb Webmailer von 1und1

Ich habe jetzt allerdings das Problem, dass mein Rechner sich nicht aus dem Standbymodus wecken lässt. Er versucht es und läd und dabei bleibt es. Nur durch runterfahren und wieder hochfahren bekomme ich ihn wieder zum Laufen.

Schritte 1 bis 3 waren kein Problem. Allerdings gibt er mir bei 4 eine Fehlermeldung. Das Profil "Firefox" kann nicht geladen werden, weil es möglicherweise nicht vorhanden ist.

Unter about:profiles sind jetzt meine Profile komplett weg. Das ursprüngliche und das neue, welches ich zum Testen neu angelegt habe.

Firefox update habe ich durchgeführt. Es ist aktuell.

Bei dem Junkware Removal Tool kam die Meldung, dass seit dem 26.10. nicht mehr unterstützt wird und man statt dessen den AdwCleaner nutzen soll.

Kaspersky Protection ist deaktiviert

Hallo zusammen,

ich bin neu in diesem Forum und versuche mal durch euer Wissen mein Problem zu lösen.

Mein Firefox (Version 56.0.2 32bit) hat in letzter Zeit die Macke nach dem Öffnen nach nur ein paar Clicks in einer Seite oder Clicks auf verschiedene Tabs sich super super langsam und später gar nicht mehr zu regen. Nichtmal ein Tabwechsel ist dann noch drin. Regelmäßig stürzt er auch ab, auch wenn ich gerade in einer anderen Anwendung bin.

Ich habe mein Virenprogramm (Kaspersky) und auch den Malewarebytes- Anti Malware laufen lassen. Es wurde nichts gefunden.

Vielleicht kann mir von euch jemand helfen und mir einen Tip geben, was ich tun kann.
