Fehlermeldung wenn ich drucken will

Moin allerseits.
Ich weis nicht genau wie ich dies beschreiben soll. ich versuche es mal so.
Ich habe als "PDF Drucker" Foxit Reader installiert, mit dem bin ich auch bestens zufrieden. Wenn ich allerdings neustens hier auf meinem Laptop, eine PDf-Seite zB. von der Bank ausdrucken möchte, öffnet sich ein neuer Tap, darin soll ich ein Plugin aktualiesiren. Es passiert allerdings nix. Die Fehlermeldung habe ich als Anhang beigefügt.
Hat jemand eine Idee, woran das liegen könnte?
Für eine Antwort schon mal vielen Dank.

Möglicherweise ist bei dir das kommende Feature Click-to-Play aktiviert.
Tippe about:config in die Adresszeile, bestätige die Abfrage mit "Ja, ich werde vorsichtig sein", tippe dann plugins.click_to_play in die Filterzeile.. der Wert sollte false sein.. schalte ggf. via Doppelklick auf den Filternamen um.
Teile mit, in welcher Version Firefox und Foxit-Reader vorliegen...
BTW: Du sollst kein Plugin aktualisieren, sondern aktivieren...

Der Eintrag stand auf false habe umgeschaltet auf true - kann nur die beiden Möglichkeiten- das Gleiche, nix passiert.

Mache zunächst dringend ein UpDate auf Foxitreader 5.4.5.0124
http://www.foxitsoftware.com/downloads/
Beachte genau den Installationsvorgang, damit du keine ungewollte Toolbar etc.etc. mit installierst..

Ok, habe ich gemacht, geändert hat sich nix. Die Hand ist zwar da, aber ich kann nix anklicken. Außerdem ist der Foxitreader jetzt auf englisch und er geht nicht umzustellen.

Hi, nein meine bank läßt das schon zu. Auf meinem PC -win7 ( leider zZ in der Werkstatt) und auf meinem kleinen Notebook-XP. funktioniert es ja. Hat komischerweise hier ja auch mal geklappt. Laptop mit Vista

Ansonsten ist dein System und die installierte Software auf dem aktuellsten Stand?
Teste zunächst im Abgesicherten Modus [Blockierte Grafik: http://i39.tinypic.com/s1kgb4.png].

Sollte dies nicht helfen, klicke auf Hilfe :arrow: Informationen zur Fehlerbehebung :arrow: Firefox zurücksetzen
Dies wird Firefox auf die Standardeinstellungen zurücksetzen. Deine Lesezeichen und Passwörter gehen dabei nicht verloren. Die installierten Erweiterungen musst du allerdings neu installieren.
Nach dem Zurücksetzen werden die alten Profildaten in einem Ordner namens „Alte Firefox Daten“ abgelegt. Wenn das Zurücksetzen das Problem nicht behebt, können einige der Daten, die nicht ins neue Profil übernommen wurden, von dort in das neue Profil kopiert werden. Wenn der Ordner nicht mehr benötigt wird, sollte man diesen löschen, da sensible Daten darin enthalten sind.

Hat alles nix genutzt.
mein System und die installierte Software ist auf dem aktuellsten Stand.
Ich melde mich jetzt hier von meinem Notebook.
Da sieht die Fehlermeldung etwas anders aus. siehe Anhang. Hier gibt es noch eine zweite Zeile, darauf kann ich auch klicken und es öffnet sich de Foxitreader.

Mache einen Neuanfang mit Firefox.... diverse (wie auch schon von 2002Andreas festgestellt) aber auch noch einige der benutzten oder deaktivierten Erweiterungen sind für Fehler bekannt:

Klicke auf Hilfe :arrow: Informationen zur Fehlerbehebung :arrow: Firefox zurücksetzen
Dies wird Firefox auf die Standardeinstellungen zurücksetzen. Deine Lesezeichen und Passwörter gehen dabei nicht verloren. Die bisherigen Erweiterungen musst du allerdings neu installieren.
BTW: Ich wollte eigentlich die Versionen der installierten Plugins sehen, gehe nach der Anleitung vor....
Edit: Setze in about:config alle Einträge print.printer , die sich nicht auf deinen aktuell installierten Drucker beziehen, mit Rechtsklick "zurück".

ich habe auf Hilfe, dann auf: Informationen zur Fehlerbehebung, dann auf Rohdaten in die Zwischenablage kopieren- und hier eingefügt. Das war nicht richtig?
