Da scheint Dir was dazwischen zu funken. Denn wie bereits geschrieben, hier keinerlei Probleme damit.
Es geht doch um die aktuelle 1.0.7.

Note
Large icons are available for default toolbar buttons only. Other
add-on buttons may look weird next to the big icons.
The appbutton changes hopefully fix all existing issues
'appbutton on titlebar' had with non-default windows, some themes and
'tabs not on top' mode. Please report new issues this new devbuild
is responsible for.
It is intended for 'appbutton on titlebar' to disappear after
'tabs in titlebar' setting get disabled.
