Additional infor regarding "about:preferences in window" options
1. General > Homepage > 'Use Current page' will always add 'about:preferences' as homepage, because only 'about:preferences' is opened in that window.
There is no difference to browsers default preferences ui with only preferences tab open.
2. resizing the window is possible, but itd dimensions will not be saved
