Hi,
Sometimes it takes a while for the changes to propagate through to all of the end-points in Akamai's CDN (Content Distribution Network). I just checked the downloads for both Mac and Windows and received 12.0.0.39.
If you're still getting the stale build, please let me know and I'll get someone to purge the cache on the CDN.
