captcha kommt nicht zum Vorschein

Guten Tag,
habe WIN 7 und FF 51.0.1 (32-Bit)
versuche mich bei DHL anzumelden, da muß, wie ich unter Internet Explorer gesehen habe, eine Sicherheitsabfrage mit Bild-Kacheln kommen - nicht aber bei FF.

Was muß ich da ändern ?

Leider hast du nicht so wie beschrieben die gewünschten Infos geliefert. Bitte nachholen.
Versuche es bitte auch mal im abgesicherten Modus des Firefox aus, leider reicht oftmals ein reines deaktivieren von Erweiterungen nicht aus. https://support.mozilla.org/t5/Vorgehenswe…eben/ta-p/10231
Bringt dies nix, so versuche es mal mit deinstalliertem GData. Gehe dazu aber nach Herstellerangaben vor. https://www.gdata.de/support/faq/co…on-von-ihrem-pc
Nutze auch das am Ende der Anleitung erwähnte Tool.

Versuche jetzt Enkel zu mobilisieren, die diese für mich zu komplizierte Meldung zustande zu bringen.
Ein Anruf bei Paket.de ergab, daß man jetzt bei jeder Anmeldung über dieses captcha gehen muß - da sei heute eben so !
Daher meine Frage zwischendurch:
Hat jemand hier ein Konto bei Paket.de und erhält in seinem FireFox ohne weiteres das captcha auf den Bildschirm ?

Bei der Installation wähle am besten alles außer den eigentlichen Treiber ab und setze einen Haken bei "Neuinstallation".
