The List of Root Certificates in STL Format

There is another way to get the list of root certificates from Microsoft website. To do it, download the file http://ctldl.windowsupdate.com/msdownload/upd…authrootstl.cab (updated twice a month).

Using any archiver (or even Windows Explorer) unpack authrootstl.cab. It contains one file authroot.stl.

You can install this file in the system using the context menu of the STL file (Install CTL).

Naja, W10privacy ist eigentlich ein ''Spionage-Abstell-Tool''. Ich nutze es immerhin seit etwa 2 Jahren ohne Probleme.

Und das leichten Herzens, da ich von all meinen Systemen und Programmen, immer zumindest auch ein unberührtes Installations-Backup in Reserve habe. Wie heisst's so treffend. ''Kein Backup - kein Mitleid.''
