Hi miteinander,

ich bin neu hier und rechtschaffener Laie.

Momentan (und nach dem Update auf obengenannte Version) habe ich das Problem, daß ich direkt bei gmx (kein gesondertes email-Programm) die Anhänge zwar angezeigt bekomme, aber nicht per Klick anzeigen lassen kann. Wenn ich die mails im "gesendet"-Ordner aufrufe, das selbe Phänomen. Die Adressaten bekommen zwar die korrekten Anhänge, aber ich kann sie vor dem Absenden nicht mehr anzeigen lassen und so überprüfen.

Hat da jemand eine Idee, wo der Haken sein könnte?

Früher gabs ja mal das Thema Quirks-/Kompatibilitätsmodus, aber das sollte bei einer aktuellen FF-Version ja kein Thema sein, oder?

Ja, hab ich. Sobald ich "anzeigen" anklicke, schließt sich das Optionsfenster wieder und es passiert genau - nix.

Ich verstehe die Frage nicht, Firefox ist keine Dateianzeige und kann somit nur herunterladen, wahlweise temporär herunterladen und mit dem entsprechenden Betrachter anzeigen lassen. Du musst schon konkreter werden, welche Art Datei du meinst.

Selbstverständlich können mit Firefox auch Dateien angezeigt werden, aber um Firefox als Dateibetrachter geht es hier überhaupt nicht. Es geht darum, die Anhänge innerhalb von GMX anzuzeigen, also um eine Website-Funktion.

Die da genau wären, ohne sonstigen Hilfsmittel? Bilder, Videos, PDF könnte ich mir vorstellen, aber bei Archiven, Office-Dokumenten und anderen habe ich doch Zweifel Daher auch die Frage nach der Art der Datei, also dem Dateityp.

Anbei ein Beispiel, welches ich mir gesendet habe. PDF steht in Firefox auf externem Betrachter, evtl. passiert daher nichts bei Klicke auf "Anzeigen", es wird auch nicht heruntergeladen. Nachtrag: es passiert auch nichts, wenn Firefox als Betrachter ausgewählt wurde. Ok, uMatrix hat das Overlay blockiert, siehe Bild klappt auch mit PDF.

(allerdings geht GMX mir grad gehörig mit dem cookie consent und fairmail auf den Senkel und loggt mich auch grundlos aus.)

Was war für dich daran missverständlich, dass es um das, was du zitiert hast, überhaupt nicht geht, sondern um ein Website-Feature? Zumal bereits von einem anderen Nutzer durch einen eigenen Test bestätigt worden ist, dass dieses grundsätzlich noch funktioniert… Und was deine Zweifel betrifft: Google Drive kann sowohl Office-Dokumente als auch Archive bereits seit Jahren online im Browser anzeigen. Ich kenne den Funktionsumfang von GMX nicht, aber technisch machbar ist das nicht erst seit gestern…

@Sören, es funktioniert in Chrome, aber nicht in Firefox.

Es funktionierte bisher mit Bilddateien, allen Textdateien (Word, OpenOffice Text), pdfs, Excel und entsprechende OpenOffice-Dateien.

Also eigentlich mit Allem, außer evtl. gezippten Ordnern. Wenn ich mich nicht täusche, wurden sogar Videodateien direkt mit Windows Media Player angezeigt oder dies zumindest anklickbar vorgeschlagen, das weiß ich grad nicht mehr genau.

@ Ralf : Ich kann die Infos zur Fehlerbehebung in die Zwischenablage kopieren, weiß aber nicht, wie ich das als Code hier reinbekomme, da ich die Buttonfunktion/-Methode nicht kenne. Ohne wäre das ein Seitenlanger Wust... .

Ich bezweifle, dass mit dem Löschen der Dinge mit AdwCleaner danach alles sauber sein wird.

Deshalb melde dich bitte zur weiteren Analyse im Trojaner-Board an und beachte vor dem Posten unbedingt die Anleitungsregeln

Du bist auf jeden Fall auf "Fake" Seiten wie openoffice.de und gimp24.de rein gefallen und hast dir damit dem PC verseucht.

Wenn alles durch das Trojaner-Board gesäubert wurde musst du auf jeden Fall danach (aber erst DANACH! ) deinen Firefox zurücksetzen, da sich dort verteilt einige Dinge verstecken, die nicht durch Ad/Malwarescanner gefunden werden können.

Dies geht dann so: (nochmals, erst NACH Bereinigung vom Trojaner-Board durchführen!)

● dann oben rechts auf die Schaltfläche "Firefox bereinigen" klicken

● Warte bis Firefox ganz von selbst wieder startet.

Für die Zukunft:

Software lädt man immer beim Original Hersteller herunter.

Am besten findet man die Original Hersteller Seite (ohne irgendwelchen Referer Kram) auf der Seite https://www.heise.de/download/. Dort dann auf die entsprechende Software klicken und dann den original Hersteller - Link aufrufen.

Aber selbst dort ist man vor Ad/Malware nicht gefeit, da manche Hersteller diese selbst in ihre Installations-Software mit einbauen.

Es kann einen direkten kurzfristigen Zusammenhang geben, muss es aber nicht. Dies kann man so aus der Ferne schlecht einschätzen. Auf jeden Fall ist es immer ratsam evtl. weitere nötige Fehlersuche auf einem sauberen "unverseuchtem" System zu machen.
