    Hast du vielleicht noch was anderes installiert, z.B. Adblock?
    Das hat bei mir so massiv gebremst, dass ich es deaktivieren musste.

    Bei mir (WinXP) wird Firefox nur dann kurz ausgebremst, wärend Java startet. Wobei ich Java eigendlich deaktiviert hab, weil Java für Windows recht träge ist. Das schalte ich nur zu, wenn ich mal auf map24.de bin.
