firefox - seltsame popups

vielleicht kann mir ja auch hier einer helfen, mag das aber so spæt nicht mehr uebersetzen; hoffe, das ist okay fuer euch:

during the last two weeks a new fenomenon with firefox occured that becomes ever more frequent: popups that, if closed, will close the application, too. some are empty, some show frames. they are not reproduceable. three screenshots:
accessing a german forum, trying to read norwegian news and, finally, trying to post about this failure in linuxquestions.org. when this failure occurs, the computer will slow down significantly.

upgrade might always be a solution, but i don't always find it too easy. e.g. importing bookmarks in firefox will always need some work afterwards.

das problem ist, dass mir dauernd popups auf dem bildschirm rumgeistern, die ich nicht haben will. schliesse ich sie, verschwindet gleichzeitig meine arbeit in offenen firefox-tabs - die nicht mit tab mix plus wiederhergestellt werden, da ich ja die anwendung selbst geschlossen habe. nun wurde mir das add-on "noscript" empfohlen, mal schauen, ob es das gewuenschte resultat bringt.

hm, bisher ist es ncoh nicht wieder aufgetaucht. aber danke fuer deinen tip! wie ist das eigentlich mit addons - kann ich beliebig viele haben, ohne, dass es die performance besonders beeintræchtigt? beagle war vorinstalliert, benutze ich allerdings nciht. sonst habe ich noch fasterfox, tabmix plus und eben noscript.
