Addon-Updates, neue Seite wird geöffnet

Bei NoScript kann man das deaktivieren: NoScript-Einstellungen → Benachrichtigungen → [ ] Versionshinweise nach einem Update anzeigen.

Ob Downloadhelper auch eine entsprechende Einstellung hat, weiß ich nicht, ebenso wenig, ob sich das allgemein deaktivieren lässt.

Nein. Das basiert allein auf der Implementierung des Autors. Der richtet das ein und derjenige kann es auch optional anbieten.
